Job Summary
Lead LOD shifts to maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity while driving KPI results and building guest loyalty. Manage daily store operations, recruit and train associates to uphold Guest First culture, and execute visual standards including shipment processing and merchandising moves. Motivate teams through real-time coaching, celebrate outstanding performance, and ensure strict adherence to safety, asset protection, and brand policies. Requires previous retail management experience, multi-tasking skills, and flexible availability to work when guests shop.
