Job Summary
Lead daily store operations by executing LOD shifts, maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity, and driving KPI results. Motivate and train associates to uphold AEO service standards while recruiting talent to meet staffing needs. Manage visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and brand compliance. Provide real-time coaching, set clear goals, and celebrate performance to drive engagement. Maintain asset protection and safety standards while representing company values. Full-time role with flexible availability to work when guests shop.
