Job Summary
Lead LOD shifts and manage daily store operations to maximize sales floor and fitting room productivity while driving KPI results. Motivate and train associates on AEO's core values, ensuring they meet service standards and represent the brand. Recruit talent, set clear goals, and provide real-time coaching to maintain high performance and engagement. Execute visual and operational procedures, including merchandising moves and shipment processing, while upholding safety and asset protection policies.
