Job Summary
As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader (Assistant Manager), lead merchandising and guest-experience efforts by driving floorset execution, replenishment, and brand-standard visuals; coach and develop the store team to deliver outstanding service, meet key KPIs, and maintain best-in-class standards. Act as a key Leader on Duty, analyze trends to inform short- and long-term business plans, recruit and train talent, provide real-time coaching and performance feedback, and uphold store safety and asset protection policies while ensuring a guest-ready environment aligned with AEO brand standards. Foster teamwork, accountability, and engagement to deliver consistent merchandising and selling-floor excellence.
