Job Summary
Develop and implement store merchandising strategy while maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity to drive financial success. Lead daily operations by analyzing reporting trends, executing sell-through adjustments, and ensuring strict adherence to AEO brand visual standards across all zones. Motivate and train your team on customer service excellence, asset protection, and performance goals through real-time coaching and development planning. Recruit qualified talent to meet business staffing needs and maintain guest-ready environments. This full-time role requires flexible availability to work when guests shop, with a focus on building a high-performing retail team that delivers outstanding brand experiences.
