Job Summary
Develop and implement store merchandising strategy as a key Leader on Duty, maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity while analyzing reporting to drive key KPIs. Coach your team to deliver AEO brand visual standards through daily sell-through adjustments, replenishment, and real-time performance feedback. Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure the store remains guest-ready, maintaining asset protection and safety standards while celebrating team achievements. This full-time role requires flexible availability to work when guests shop, with a focus on developing short- and long-term business plans.
