Job Summary
Full-time Merchandising Team Leader responsible for driving sales as Leader on Duty, coaching and developing a retail team to meet AEO brand standards, executing floorsets and replenishment to maintain guest-ready stores, and collaborating on short- and long-term business plans to drive KPIs. Leads and motivates staff, recruits and trains talent, provides real-time coaching and performance feedback, maintains visual standards across zones, and upholds store safety and asset protection policies while delivering exceptional guest experiences and representing the brand values.
Required Qualifications
- Retail management experience
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to develop and execute weekly/monthly business plans to drive KPIs
- Familiarity with visual standards and floorset execution
- Strong guest service orientation and team development skills
- Knowledge of employment law and store policies
