Job Summary
Drive sales and execute merchandising strategy by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity, analyzing reporting trends, and developing business plans to hit key KPIs. Lead the store team in delivering AEO brand visual standards through daily replenishment, sell-through adjustments, and real-time coaching on guest service. Recruit, train, and develop talent while maintaining asset protection and safety standards across all store zones.
