Job Summary
AE - Merchandising Team Leader (Assistant Manager) leads store merchandising and guest experience in accordance with AEO brand standards. As a full-time Leader on Duty and Store Team Leader’s right hand, you’ll drive sales, optimize floorset execution and replenishment, coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service, recruit and train talent, provide real-time coaching and performance feedback, and uphold store safety and asset protection while maintaining visual standards across the store.
