Job Summary
As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader (Assistant Manager) for AE/Aerie in Charlotte, you’ll serve as the Store Team Leader’s right hand in developing and executing the merchandising strategy. You’ll coach and develop a team to deliver AEO brand visual and guest-experience standards, drive floorset execution, replenishment, and sell-through, and ensure the store remains guest-ready. You’ll analyze daily trends and KPIs, contribute to short- and long-term business plans, and lead staffing, training, and performance reviews while upholding store safety, Asset Protection, and company policies. Strong leadership, coaching, operational innovation, and a customer-focused mindset are essential to motivate the team, manage payroll and scheduling, and foster a collaborative, high-performance store environment.
