Coach associates on customer service excellence, manage daily replenishment, and execute sell-through adjustments to maintain guest readiness. Prioritize recruiting, hiring, and training talent while providing real-time performance feedback and development plans. Maintain asset protection standards and store safety protocols to uphold company policies.
