Develop and implement the store's merchandising strategy as a full-time Leader on Duty, maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity while analyzing reporting to drive key KPIs. Coach your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences by maintaining AEO brand visual standards, managing sell-through adjustments, and ensuring guest-ready replenishment across all store zones. Motivate associates through real-time coaching, performance feedback, and development plans, while recruiting and hiring talent to meet business staffing needs. Adhere to safety, asset protection, and company policies while representing core values and bringing your authentic self to work.
