Drive sales and maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity as the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, analyzing reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions. Develop short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs while coaching your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain AEO Brand Visual standards. Lead day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to ensure the store is always guest-ready, while recruiting, hiring, and training strong talent. Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and drive associate engagement by celebrating team wins. Maintain store safety and asset protection standards while adhering to company policies.
