Job Summary
Drive outstanding guest experiences by ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards through effective Floorset execution, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Train and coach the Floorset team to maintain productivity goals from uppers to wardrobers while championing a culture of recognition. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in upholding store safety standards, reducing shrink, and adhering to all policies. Prioritize the guest experience by celebrating team wins and maintaining a fresh retail environment. Flexible availability is required for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
