Job Summary
Drive outstanding guest experiences by ensuring store compliance with AEO Brand Visual Standards through daily Floorset execution, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Lead the merchandising team by training staff, setting productivity goals, and coaching on standards from bustforms to wardrobers. Champion store safety, shrink-reduction strategies, and policy adherence while maintaining a culture of recognition and celebrating team wins. Maintain flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends to keep the store fresh and ready for guests.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
