Job Summary
Execute daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to ensure the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Drive Floorset execution by training the team, setting productivity goals, and maintaining standards from uppers to wardrobers. Champion the guest experience through effective store replenishment, safety compliance, and shrink-reduction strategies while collaborating with leadership on game plans. Maintain a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins. Flexible availability required for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
