Job Summary
Drive Floorset execution by training the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring store areas meet visual standards from uppers to wardrobers. Own daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Visual Standards. Coach the merchandising team on maintaining brand consistency while championing a culture of recognition and celebrating wins. Uphold store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, adhering to all policies and shrink-reducing strategies. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering an outstanding guest experience through effective execution and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
