Job Summary
Execute Floorsets and merchandising updates to ensure the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Train and coach the Floorset team on productivity goals while managing day-to-day replenishment and sell-through adjustments. Champion the guest experience by maintaining store safety standards, reducing shrink, and upholding salesfloor and stockroom policies. Collaborate with leadership to game plan merchandising opportunities and celebrate team wins. Requires flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
