Job Summary
Drive Floorset execution by training the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring store areas meet AEO Brand Visual Standards from uppers to wardrobers. Own daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready and fresh. Champion the guest experience through store safety standards, shrink-reducing strategies, and adherence to policies while supporting the Merchandising Team Leader. Celebrate team wins and maintain a culture of recognition. Flexible availability required for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
