Job Summary
Merchandise Leader (Part-Time) supporting the Merchandising Team Leader at AE/Aerie in Medford, OR. Responsible for FloorSet execution and training the Floorset team, driving store-wide adherence to AEO Brand Standards, managing day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, replenishment, and opportunities to improve the guest experience. Partners with leadership to maintain brand standards, coach the team, ensure guest focus, and uphold store safety and shrink-reducing practices while delivering a fresh, well-organized store environment—and contributing to store contests and employee incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Love AE and Aerie products
- Attention to detail
- Strong organization and time management
- Flexible availability (early mornings, late evenings, weekends)
- Strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- History of retail work
