Job Summary
Execute effective Floorsets, marketing updates, and replenishment to ensure the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Train and coach the Floorset team on productivity goals while driving sell-through adjustments and maintaining top-tier merchandising standards. Champion the guest experience through daily visual checks, safety compliance, and shrink-reduction strategies within the Salesfloor and Stockroom. Collaborate with leadership to game plan merchandising opportunities and celebrate team wins. Requires flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
