Job Summary
Execute effective Floorsets, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to ensure the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Train and coach the Floorset team on productivity goals while championing a culture of recognition and guest experience. Maintain store safety standards in the Salesfloor and Stockroom through adherence to policies and shrink-reducing strategies. Manage day-to-day merchandising opportunities with the Merchandising Team Leader, prioritizing early morning and evening shifts plus weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
