Job Summary
Drive store readiness by executing Floorsets, managing sell-through adjustments, and ensuring strict adherence to AEO Brand Visual Standards. Train and coach the Floorset team to maintain productivity goals while overseeing replenishment and stockroom safety protocols. Champion a culture of recognition to support the merchandising team in delivering an outstanding guest experience. Maintain integrity by enforcing shrink-reducing strategies and daily store standards. Flexible availability is required for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
