Job Summary
Execute Floorsets and merchandising updates while ensuring the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Train the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and manage daily replenishment to maintain guest readiness. Drive sell-through adjustments and champion a culture of recognition within the merchandising team. Uphold store safety standards and shrink-reducing strategies across the salesfloor and stockroom. This part-time role requires flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
