AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

Lead store merchandising under the Merchandising Team Leader, driving Floorset execution and training the Floorset team to meet AEO Brand Standards. Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, sell-through adjustments, and opportunities for merchandising improvements. Coach and collaborate with the team to maintain guest-ready stores, uphold safety and shrink-reduction practices, and promote a culture of recognition. Demonstrate strong organizational and visual merchandising skills, a passion for AE/Aerie products, and the ability to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends) to move product and support store performance.
