AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

As the Merchandise Leader, you will support the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring compliance with AEO Brand Visual Standards and executing effective Floorsets. You will take charge of merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment while fostering a guest-first mentality within the team. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a flexible schedule for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are key. Your role involves training the Floorset team, driving productivity, and maintaining store safety standards, all while upholding company values and a team-oriented environment. A passion for AE and Aerie products is essential.
