AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

Merchandise Leader responsible for executing Floorsets and maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards, coaching the Floorset team, and ensuring the store is guest-ready through effective replenishment and day-to-day merchandising. Responsibilities include driving Floorset execution, training and motivating the Floorset team, prioritizing productivity goals, and maintaining store areas to Floorset standards. The role emphasizes merchandising innovation, managing sell-through and replenishment, spotting merchandising opportunities, and collaborating with leadership to implement action plans. A strong focus on guest experience, recognition of the team, store safety, shrink-reduction, and adherence to AE policies is required. Ideal candidates love AE/Aerie products, have strong organization and time-management skills, and can adapt to early morning, late evening, and weekend shifts with proven retail merchandising/visual skills and experience.
