Job Summary
Drive AEO Brand Visual Standards by executing Floorsets, managing sell-through adjustments, and ensuring daily replenishment to keep the store guest-ready. Train and coach the Floorset team on productivity goals while championing a culture of recognition and celebrating team wins. Maintain store safety standards in both the Salesfloor and Stockroom through adherence to policies and shrink-reducing strategies. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining fresh visual merchandising across all areas. Prioritize the guest experience while managing early morning, late evening, and weekend schedules.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
