Job Summary
Drive floorset execution and merchandising updates by training the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet AEO Brand Visual Standards. Own daily operations including sell-through adjustments, replenishment, and maintaining a "guest ready" environment through effective product placement. Champion store safety, adherence to policies, and shrink-reducing strategies while supporting the Merchandising Team Leader to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Maintain a "teamwork" mentality by championing a culture of recognition and celebrating wins with the merchandising team.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
