Job Summary
As a Merchandise Leader, you will support the Merchandising Team Leader in upholding AEO Brand Visual Standards and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Your responsibilities include leading Floorset execution, coaching the merchandising team, and managing daily merchandising tasks such as replenishment and sell-through adjustments. Attention to detail and a passion for teamwork are essential, along with a commitment to store safety and adherence to policies. Flexible availability is a must, as the role requires working at various times, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for AE and Aerie products
- Strong retail work history
- Availability to support merchandising needs
