Job Summary
Execute effective Floorsets, marketing updates, and daily replenishment to ensure the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Drive Floorset execution by training the team, setting productivity goals, and maintaining standards from uppers to wardrobers. Own sell-through adjustments and champion a culture of recognition while upholding safety and shrink-reducing strategies. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in keeping the guest experience top priority and ensuring the store remains fresh and "guest ready." Flexible availability required for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
