Job Summary
Execute effective Floorsets, marketing updates, and replenishment to ensure the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Drive Floorset execution by training the team, setting productivity goals, and maintaining standards from uppers to wardrobers. Own daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and inventory replenishment while championing a culture of recognition and guest experience. Maintain store safety standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom, adhering to policies and implementing shrink-reducing strategies. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in keeping the store fresh and representative of brand values.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
