AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

Merchandising Leader responsible for executing Floorsets and maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards, coaching the Floorset team, and ensuring the store is guest-ready through replenishment and day-to-day merchandising. Role emphasizes driving guest experience, adherence to brand standards, inventory and stockroom safety, shrink-reduction strategies, and a collaborative, people-focused store culture. Requires strong organizational and time-management skills, passion for retail merchandising, flexibility to cover early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, and a track record in retail merchandising and visual execution. The position is part-time and based in Dawsonville, GA.
