AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

Merchandise Leader (Part-Time) responsible for executing Floorsets to AE Brand Standards, driving an outstanding guest experience, and training/coaching the Floorset team. Implements replenishment and day-to-day merchandising, ensures stockroom and salesfloor areas meet Floorset standards, upholds safety and shrink-reduction policies, and collaborates with the Merchandising Team Leader to maintain an engaging, guest-focused store environment. Must demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, and a passion for AE/Aerie products. Flexible availability is expected (early mornings, evenings, weekends) to move product and support Floorset changes, with a focus on visual standards and teamwork to keep the store #fresh!
