Job Summary
As Merchandise Leader you will drive Floorset execution and merchandising updates in alignment with AEO Brand Visual Standards, coach the Floorset team to meet productivity goals, manage day-to-day merchandising and replenishment, and partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Focus areas include Floorset training and execution, inventory and sell-through adjustments, maintaining Store Safety and shrink-reduction protocols, and fostering a collaborative team culture that celebrates wins while upholding brand standards across the sales floor and stockroom.
