Job Summary

Lead Total Rewards, People Analytics and Planning initiatives to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of HC services. Drive compensation/benefits framework implementation, salary surveys, job evaluations, and alignment with market benchmarks. Oversee HC data audits, develop and maintain HC Data Warehouse and real-time dashboards (PowerBI). Build analytics frameworks to track workforce trends, retention, and productivity, and collaborate with Data Science & Governance teams. Spearhead digitization of HC processes, including payroll, attendance, and reporting systems, and implement AI tools for data validation and predictive analytics. Lead HC budgeting cycles in collaboration with Finance, Talent Acquisition and L&D; drive policy governance and localization initiatives; ensure policy consistency across geographies. Knowledge of HR systems (Oracle, BI dashboards) and certifications related to AI/Analytics/BI/Six Sigma/Job Evaluation are preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years in Human Capital roles with a focus on rewards, analytics, and systems
