Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie product details while making personalized suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to drive engagement. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as required. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy and supporting your team. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with guest shopping patterns.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
