Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide a personalized shopping experience and make product suggestions. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels while proactively resolving guest concerns in alignment with company policy. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed to support the team. Assist colleagues in getting the job done while adhering to all AEO policies and procedures. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to match guest shopping schedules.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
