Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to assist your team and resolve guest concerns proactively. Represent company values with integrity and adhere strictly to policies while maintaining a "friends first" mindset. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment. Required Qualifications
