Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Share brand love by introducing the loyalty program and directing customers to additional channels. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom to assist with tasks and resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
