Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to guide product selections and resolve concerns proactively. Educate shoppers on AE and Aerie details while promoting the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to support team goals and adhere to all company policies. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications

- You're passionate about AE & Aerie product!
- You're eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests
- Your skillset rocks no matter what zone you're in
- You can easily flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
