Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an amazing shopping experience. Educate guests on product details, make tailored suggestions, and introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom zones while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Assist team members to ensure all tasks are completed. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
- You're at least 16 years of age.
- You've worked in retail before.
