Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie details while promoting the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to assist teammates and resolve concerns proactively. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment to represent company values and build brand loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
