Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed, offering assistance to team members throughout the store. Represent brand values with your real self to build loyalty and ensure a positive atmosphere for all visitors.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
