Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed, proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates to ensure all tasks are completed and maintain integrity by following all policies and procedures. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum age of 16 and prior retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
