Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE and Aerie product details, make tailored suggestions, and introduce the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom zones while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policy. Assist teammates to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
