Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate customers on AE and Aerie details while introducing the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to assist your team and resolve guest concerns proactively. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment, adhering to company policies with a "friends first" mindset.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
