Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels while proactively resolving concerns in alignment with company policy. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to support team goals and adhere to all AEO policies. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment to represent brand values and build customer loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before

- You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
