Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Educate customers on AE and Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to support store operations and resolve guest concerns proactively. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment while adhering to company policies. Assist teammates to maintain high standards of service and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age.
- You've worked in retail before.
