Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and foster brand loyalty. Introduce the loyalty program and additional brand channels while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom to support the team and maintain a friendly, energetic atmosphere. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
